OUR STORY
Here at Practical, we pride ourselves on being a long established, family run business that has built a strong reputation as a quality new home builder in Sydney’s south west for over 29 years. Emilio Raco, our founder, and Managing Director, spent most of his youth working alongside his father in the construction trade learning the importance of engaging staff and sub-contractors who take personal pride in building a home. After qualifying as a carpenter and completing studies in Building & Business, Emilio saw the opportunity to leverage his love of building homes and making people happy to establish Practical Building in 1994.
Our old fashion values of communication, transparency and trust means each home and homeowner is given the respect they deserve, furthermore we use experienced tradesman and quality products to deliver an exceptional home building experience.
From Sales, Tenders, Estimating, Drafting, Colours, Accounts and Admin and of course our Site Supervisors our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
